Whether it is something that suits the modest requirement of a new entrant, or an indispensable workhorse capable of taking on the high volumes of a large multinational, we have it all. Available to you is a wide assortment of cartoners- both in continuous and intermittent modes, and in both horizontal and vertical models of varying capacities. And each of these models integrates smoothly with any upstream primary packing machine in complete synchronization.
Our cartoners can be deployed for containers as narrow as 15 mm and as wide as 220 mm. Pencils, inhalers, pouches, tubes, sachets, bearings, bottles, vials, cassettes, film rolls, circuit breakers, light bulbs. All these and many more varied products are easily handled - individually, collated or in combination with other products or inserts.
Our bundlers are compatible with all cartoner speeds and can collate in different orientations, configurations and dimensions.
In casepackers too, we have various types that can tackle dissimilar modes of packing.
More often than not, we include automated transfer / in-feed systems for as many products as possible. Right now, several systems are being designed for ‘pick & place’ driven by pneumatics or servomotors.
